We use a device-based identifier to keep things simple. No email or password required. Your device generates a unique ID stored securely in your device's keychain.

We collect anonymous stats (like which features are popular or if a purchase went through) to make the app better. You can opt out of analytics anytime in the app settings. That's it. No funny business.

When you use Early:

• Your flight alerts and preferences (destinations, dates, price targets).
• Device information for push notifications.
• Anonymous usage data to improve the app (opt-out available).

• To monitor flight prices and send you alerts when deals match your criteria.
• To process your subscription and in-app purchases.
• To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns.

We work with trusted partners to provide our service:

• Duffel — Flight data provider. We send your search criteria (origin, destination, dates) to fetch prices. No personal data is shared.
• OpenAI — Powers our chat interface. Your messages are processed to understand your travel requests. We don't share personal identifiers.
• Apple — Handles subscription payments through the App Store.
• Google Cloud Platform — Hosts our backend infrastructure.

• Your flight alerts are kept while your account is active.
• Anonymous usage data is retained to improve the app. You can opt out anytime in settings.
• When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You can delete your account and all related data anytime in the app settings. If you have questions or want to request your data, contact us at support@early.flights.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
