Terms of service

Early is a flight price monitoring service. We help you find deals — we don't sell flights. Use the app responsibly, pay for your subscription if you want premium features, and don't abuse the service. Simple.

Early monitors flight prices and notifies you when prices drop for routes you're interested in. We are:

• A price monitoring and alert service.
• Not a travel agency or booking platform.
• Not responsible for flight availability, pricing accuracy, or booking outcomes.

Flight prices are provided by third-party data sources and can change at any time. When you find a deal through Early, you'll book directly with airlines or travel providers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Early.
• Keep your account secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts.
• We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and managed by Apple.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• We may change pricing with notice. Existing subscriptions honor their original price until renewal.

Don't:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access Early.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without permission.
• Abuse the service in ways that affect other users or our infrastructure.
• Use Early for any illegal purpose.

Early, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Henrique Alves. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Early is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Accuracy of flight prices or availability.
• That you'll find deals or save money.

Flight prices fluctuate constantly. A price shown in Early may not match the price when you try to book. Always verify prices directly with the airline or booking provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Early and its developer are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
